AB Sports Return and Exchange Policy

At AB Sports, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:

  1. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  2. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Return Options:

  • In-Store Returns: Any purchase can be returned to our retail locations within 10 days of the original purchase date. Online returns will be accepted in-store on a case-by-case basis.

  • Mail Returns: Online purchases can be returned by mail within 10 days of the shipping date.


  • Exchanges can be made for items of equal value and must also meet the above conditions.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when making a return by mail.
  • We recommend using a courier that provides tracking and insurance, as AB Sports is not responsible for lost packages.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt in your return package.

Return Confirmation:

  • Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form(s) of payment or as per the customer's choice of refund medium.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our warehouse.

Restocking Fee:

  • Returns and exchanges are not subjected to a restocking fee.
